Temecula Valley Guide exists for one reason: there was no single, trustworthy place to learn what it's actually like to live in, visit, and discover this part of Southern California. So I built one.
I'm Heath Clendenning, a local REALTOR®. I spend my days helping people find their way around the valley, and into homes in it. This guide is the resource I wish I could have handed every client and every newcomer: clear answers about wineries, schools, neighborhoods, commutes, and everything in between, with nothing to sell you.

How this site works
Everything published here is verified against official sources before it goes live: school data against the state's own files, event dates against the venues, utility districts against the providers, home values against public indexes. When something changes, the page changes. That is the whole editorial policy, and it is why people bookmark this place.
